Quotes & pricing
- Instant quotes come from an automated slice of your file. If we spot a problem before printing (non-manifold mesh, a feature that won’t survive, an oversize part), we’ll contact you before charging — the price may change.
- The amount you approve at checkout is what you pay. Shipping is calculated live for your address.
- Quoted print times are estimates.
Your files
- You confirm you have the right to print what you upload and that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s intellectual property or our acceptable use. We can decline any file or order.
- You keep ownership of your files and designs. We keep ownership of our own product designs and store items.
What FDM can and can’t promise
- Parts are printed in the material and settings you select. FDM has visible layer lines and a typical tolerance of about ±0.3 mm.
- Prints are not certified for medical, aerospace, automotive-safety, food-contact, or load-bearing safety-critical use unless we’ve agreed that in writing.
- You’re responsible for deciding a part is fit for your purpose. When in doubt, order a prototype first.
Orders & returns

Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited under law.
