Who you're dealing with

The Printing Pilot is my YouTube channel. This site is the 3D printing farm that runs under the same name.

I'm Tomer. If you email this business, you get me — not a portal, not a ticket queue. I quote the job, I run the machines, and I'm the one who tells you when FDM is the wrong call and what to do instead.

The channel is where I document builds, mods and prints. The farm is where that turns into work for other people: parts for a project that stalled because a component was discontinued, a bracket that doesn't exist yet, a housing that has to survive outside, a production run of something small.

How it's set up

Leading FDM equipment, run properly — calibrated, maintained, and monitored. I print in seven materials from PLA through carbon-filled PC, with in-house finishing and dimensional checks before anything ships. Jobs span the whole range: a single prototype in hand this week, or thousands of parts on a repeat schedule.

How I work

Send a model and you get a binding price back the same day. Send a sketch or a broken part and I'll model it first, print a prototype, and iterate with you until it fits. Either way you get a straight answer on whether the material and the method are right for what the part actually has to do.

No hard sell on the expensive materials. If PLA does the job, I'll quote PLA.
