Shipping
- Orders ship from the US via USPS with tracking. Live rates for your address are calculated at checkout.
- Nothing is pre-made — each order is printed and finished for you, then shipped. See Lead times for how long that takes.
- International orders may incur import duties or taxes on arrival; those are the recipient’s responsibility.
- Wrong or undeliverable address: if a parcel comes back to us, we’ll re-ship once you confirm the corrected address and cover the return postage.
Returns
We don’t accept returns or exchanges. Every item is custom, printed to order to your chosen material and settings, so it can’t be restocked or resold.
That said, we stand behind the work:
- Damaged in transit, defective, or not what your confirmed quote/spec said — email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll reprint it or refund it, our call.
- Changed your mind or ordered the wrong thing — tell us before we start printing and we’ll cancel and refund. Once a job is in production it can’t be cancelled.
This doesn’t affect any rights you have under your local consumer law.
