No model yet? Most people don't have one.

A sketch, a set of caliper measurements, or the part that snapped — any of those is enough to start. I model it, print a prototype, and we adjust until it fits. Then it's production-ready.

01 · DEFINE

Sketch & measurements

You send dimensions, the mating parts or a photo of them, expected loads and clearances. A hand sketch is fine.

02 · MODEL

Parametric CAD

I build it properly — feature history, editable dimensions. You get a render and a STEP file, and we lock the numbers together.

03 · PROVE

Printed prototype

A real part in your hand. Doesn't fit? Adjust the model, reprint. Usually one or two rounds and it's done.

What to send

  • A sketch or drawing — even on paper
  • Caliper measurements of the key features
  • The broken or worn original, or a photo with a ruler
  • The parts it has to mate with (or their models)
  • What it does: loads, movement, heat, environment
  • A reference product that's close to what you want

What you get back

  • A clean parametric CAD model
  • A neutral STEP file you own and can take anywhere
  • A render to sign off before anything is printed
  • A printed prototype in the material you'll use
  • Revisions until the fit is right
  • A production-ready file once it's proven

When CAD + print makes sense

Replacing a discontinued part
Model it from the broken one, print a run.
A bracket or mount that doesn't exist
Custom geometry for your exact hardware.
Adapting something to fit
Enclosure, dock, jig, fixture, adapter.
Proving a design before tooling
Iterate in plastic, commit to a mould later.
