What we collect
- Order details — your name, email, shipping address, phone (for the carrier), and what you ordered.
- Uploaded files — the model files you send for a quote or an order, and the slice results (size, weight, time).
- Payment — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits; we never see or store your card number.
- Reviews — the name, rating, text and photos you choose to submit, and an email you optionally give us to verify you as a buyer (not published).
- Basic technical data — standard web server logs, and a hashed IP on review submissions to limit spam.
What we use it for
- Quoting, printing, finishing and shipping your order, and emailing you about it.
- Customer support and, if needed, warranty reprints.
- Fraud and spam prevention.
We don’t use your data for advertising and we don’t sell it.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — to take payment.
- The shipping carrier / our label provider (Shippo, USPS) — to buy postage and give you tracking.
- Our email provider — to send order and quote emails.
That’s it. No other third parties, no data brokers.
Your uploaded files
Model files are used only to quote and produce your order. They aren’t shared, published, sold, or used for anything else. Ask us to delete a file and we will.
Cookies
We use a cookie to remember your cart, and — while the site is in preview — a cookie that unlocks it for testers. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
