What changes at volume
- Price per part falls. The quote tool already applies quantity breaks automatically as you raise the count. For large or ongoing runs, ask for a project rate.
- Lead time is scheduled. A 500-part run isn’t 500× a single print — machines run in parallel and we block time for it. You get a real completion date up front.
- Batch QC. Dimensional checks on a sample from each batch against your confirmed spec, not just the first article.
- Packaging. Bagged, boxed, or bulk — tell us how it needs to arrive.
- Re-orders. Your file and settings are kept, so a repeat run is a one-line email.
How to start a run
- Send the model (or the part we already designed for you) with the target quantity and the date you need it by.
- We confirm material, tolerances, finish and packaging, then quote the run as a whole.
- First article for your sign-off, then the batch.
