Logitech Creators Blue Yeti Shock Mount Guide:

1. Unscrew the 2 thumb screw and take them out (be aware of the 3 washers on the screws, we will need them), while doing that, make sure to hold the mic because it will fall.

2. After removing the mic, make sure to take out the 2 metal washers with the semi-circle cut into them. We will need them also.

3. Now you will have 2 screw thumbs, 6 washers (3 per thumb screw), and 2 semi-circle metal washers. (Please keep the 3 washers on the thumb screw as you see in the blue circle).

4. Insert the thumb screw into the corresponding hole in the shock mount assembly ( as you can see in the picture, please make sure the 3 washers are on the screw before you put it in the holes).

5. Insert the semi-circle washers from the other side of the hole. (Make sure to not push the screw all the way in, the mic won't fit in if you do that). as shown in the picture.

and do it for both sides. the assembly should look like that:

 

6. Put the mic inside the assembly, and lift the assembly until you slowly start to feel the screw holes in the mic.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

7. Screw in the thumb screws all the way (please make sure they're tightened or the mic will rock back and forth in the assembly).

8. TIP - while tightening the screw, the mic might turn ( "twist" ) because of the torque, so just make sure after you finish tightening the screws, to also level the mic in the assembly, it won't do anything bad, it just looks better.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

9. now all you have to do is screw the shock mount to your favorite boom arm and you're done! You assembled the Printing Pilot Logitech Creators Blue Yeti Shock Mount!

 

PLEASE MAKE SURE, while screwing the entire shock mount assembly back onto the boom arm, to screw it in as straight as you can This is a 3d printed thread, it works great, but if you cross-thread it, you will destroy the threads, and we won't send you a replacement part for it.
